Shipping policy
We want to make sure all of our customers’ orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition. We take pride in our customer service which is why we are dedicated to providing fast and reliable delivery times.
Rates:
Shipping rates vary by product. Purchasing multiples of certain products may garner an additional shipping cost.
Processing Time:
Processing time averages 1-2 business days but may take longer during moments of high demand. The majority of all orders, however, are processed and shipped within 24 hours. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@calmingpaws.store and we will investigate the issue.
Shipping Time & Locations:
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping times range from 5-12 business days based on the country and product location (Note: This does not include processing time). Some products may take up to 15 business days or more after processing time. However, most of our orders arrive to our customers within one to two weeks. Items ordered together may arrive in separate packaging and at different times. Orders may only be cancelled before the order has been shipped.
Delivery:
We take great care in packing and shipping your orders. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to make sure the issue is resolved. To further assist customers, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance costs are determined at checkout.
